I have been a mental health provider for over 13 years and believe that the foundation of meaningful therapy lies in a strong, trusting relationship between client and counselor. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is comfortable, nonjudgmental, and empathetic—where clients feel seen, supported, and safe to explore their experiences. Together, we identify your strengths and resources while addressing the obstacles that may be standing in the way of growth and change. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you learn and apply tools that support lasting emotional well-being. I draw from several evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual or couple. My areas of focus include trauma, couples counseling, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, codependency, and family conflict. I have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing and bring my background as a military veteran to my practice.
